GOJAR is a bimonthly journal (published every two months). It is published in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

All you need do, in that case, is to sign up for GOJAR’s “Track & Relay” service after the first 24 months of your paper’s publication.
When do I submit my paper for publishing consideration?
You can submit your paper at any time. If accepted, your paper will be published in the next bimonthly issue of the journal.
How much does it cost to publish a paper in GOJAR?
You will pay only $35 or ₦45,000 to publish your paper after we have reviewed and accepted it for publication. The payment covers online publication of your paper, official review report, indexing, life-time archive of your paper and cost of continuously sustaining it online.
How do I pay my paper-publication fee?
The first step to being published by GOJAR is to submit your paper. The letter conveying the Editorial Board’s acceptance of your paper will indicate how you will pay your paper-publication fee.
What happens after I submit my paper to GOJAR?
Your paper, as submitted, is peer-reviewed, and either approved or disapproved. If approved, that approval is communicated to you and you will be asked to pay the paper-publication fee to enable GOJAR proceed with further processing of your paper. After your fee is received, your paper is checked for plagiarism and editing/presentation errors; thereafter, your paper’s web page is designed and hosted. If copyright infringements are identified in your paper, the editor-in-chief might correct them or your attention may be drawn to them and you will be asked to correct them. GOJAR will guide you on how to rework and resubmit your paper for publication if you have paid its publication fee.
What would make GOJAR refuse to publish my paper?
GOJAR would refuse to publish any paper that is poorly researched, contains plagiarized materials, libelous statements or pornographic matter.
What if a submitted paper fails GOJAR’s plagiarism test after the author has paid the submission fee, would GOJAR refund the author’s money?
No, but such authors would be entitled to being published by GOJAR in the next issue of the journal or any other future issue if they avail themselves of any of these two remedial options:
- substantially rework their paper, painstakingly excising all aspects of the paper lifted from someone else’s work or expressly using quotation marks to identify such portions and clearly indicating their authors.
- submit another well-research and properly-referenced paper for the consideration of GOJAR Editorial Board.
Do you publish hard-copy editions of GOJAR?
GOJAR is primarily an online journal and the aforesaid payment covers only the online publication which anyone can have access to any time.
